These terms apply to the sale of goods to businesses (B2B). All sales are made to legal entities and are not subject to consumer protection laws. By placing an order, the buyer confirms they are a business customer. Consumer rights, such as the right of withdrawal, do not apply.
Orders and Binding Agreements
All orders are binding. No right of withdrawal applies. Upon ordering, a confirmation is sent to the customer’s email address. The customer is responsible for reviewing the confirmation and reporting any errors immediately.
Prices
All prices are listed in Swedish kronor (SEK) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices, correct misprints, and limit availability.
Payment Terms
Payment must be made within the agreed term (usually 10 or 30 days net). Late payments are subject to interest of 12% annually and a reminder fee.
Retention of Title
Ownership of the products does not pass to the buyer until full payment has been received.
Delivery
Delivery time is by agreement. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day. Customers will be contacted in case of delays. Delivery is made through a selected shipping partner. The customer is responsible for receiving the goods at the agreed location and time.
Claims
All products are inspected before delivery. Any defects or damages must be reported immediately via [email protected]. Please include name, address, order number, and a description of the issue. If the claim is approved, we cover the return shipping cost. We follow the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes' (ARN) recommendations in case of disputes.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages, production losses, or other consequential damages. We are also not liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure, such as strikes, governmental actions, transport disruptions, or supplier shortages.
Product Responsibility
Goods are sold as-is. The customer is responsible for correct usage, storage, and handling. The products are intended for professional use and must not be used in violation of local laws or safety regulations.
Export and Import
The buyer is responsible for complying with local laws and obtaining any necessary permits required for importing goods into their country. This is particularly relevant for exports outside Sweden.
